For the past fifteen years, Richard has led teams supporting financing transactions for major multinational organizations, partnering with front-office professionals, business leaders, clients, and stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and strategic outcomes. His experience includes organizational leadership, business planning, regulatory engagement, team development, and the implementation of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.
Educated as an attorney, Richard combines legal insight with deep commercial and operational expertise. While his academic foundation is rooted in law, the majority of his professional career has been spent in front-office-facing roles focused on supporting business growth, enhancing operational effectiveness, and helping organizations navigate evolving industry demands.
Throughout his career, Richard has helped build teams from the ground up, supported strategic initiatives across multiple disciplines, and championed innovation while maintaining a strong focus on risk management, regulatory awareness, and client service excellence.
